1. Cut down a regular sheet of paper to 4 1/2 by 11 inchs
(note that's a bit larger than half of the sheet of paper.)
Crease it lengthwise in halfs, and quarters, then fold in the
corners as shown...

2. ...and fold over the edge.

3. Fold the edge of the paper over again,
folding tightly up against the previous
fold, and as precisely as possible.

4. Crease the corners (very accurately)...
|
5. ...and unfold (once) as shown.
|
6. Refold the edge back, but this time, sink the
precreased triangles into the center.
